What is the Herbal Medicine and Magick of Plants?

We fully believe that we ARE Nature. Mother Nature has given us everything we need for vibrant living. In our own communion with Nature we are thrilled to invite you to experience her gifts of Holistic wellbeing which holds the physical and energetic body in equinimity.

About The Shop

~ How often do you restock the shop?

We offer seasonal updates following the Eightfold Year. Limited, bespoke offerings specially crafted for the season will land in the Shoppe around each quarter and cross-quarter turn. Ongoing offerings will continue to be restocked as the are ready and available.

Orders & Shipping

~ How often do you ship?

We ship at least once per week. When seasonal offerings are launched we often add an additional shipping day. We live on top of a Mountain and plan our trips down accordingly. If you need something at a particular time, please feel free to email us info@eldersistersapothecary.com


~ Do you ship Internationally?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship internationally at this time. We would still like to connect with you! Please email us at info@eldersistersapothecary.com.


~Will I receive tracking information?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


~ I’m Local to the Catskills and would like to reduce the negative impact on nature that shipping materials can have. Is it possible to pick up my items instead of having them shipped?

Yes! We have a pickup program. Please reach out to us before placing your order. Please note pickup is available in Davenport, NY


~ When I track my package, it says that it was confirmed as delivered to
my address but I did not receive it.  Can I get a refund or a replacement?

Once the package is confirmed as shipped and we have provided tracking information to you via email, we cannot be held responsible for items that are not received.  We recommend providing a shipping address you feel confident is secure and where you have not had issues receiving mail previously.


~ One or more of the items in my order arrived damaged. Can you refund me or replace the item?

Absolutely.  While we have not had items damaged in transit, If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately by emailing info@eldersistersapothecary.com and provide your order number (found in your order confirmation email) and a photo of the item in the state it was received.


~ I received my order and I would like to exchange my items for something else. Do you offer exchanges?

We are unable to offer exchanges for any reason at this time.  Please select only the items you are certain you would like to purchase before going through the check out process.


~ I'd like to cancel my order.  Do you offer refunds?

We are unable to offer refunds for any reason at this time.  Please select only the items you are certain you would like to purchase before moving through the check out process.
