Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra, often translated to mean yogic sleep, is the art of relaxation. It is predicated on the understanding that absolute relaxation requires awareness. Using a systematic method to induce complete physical, mental, and emotional relaxation, Yoga Nidra brings you into the liminal space between waking and sleeping where the nervous system can shed tensions and receive nourishment.

There is an invitation just below the skin we need to shed. You need to stay in the home of your body, your apprehensions, your feelings and intuitions, to let them open up. This practice is a response to that invitation, an opportunity to stay until something opens up.

Join us for monthly Yoga Nidra sessions, alternately guided by Lisa and Jackie.

Class will be held live on Zoom once per month on Sunday afternoons from 4:00-5:00pm Eastern Time (US).

You will receive a link to access the session via Zoom upon sign up.
